Acceptance and scope
By accessing the TradEssential website, creating an account, or purchasing a program,
users agree to these Terms and any separately presented program agreement. If a
user does not agree, they must not enroll or use restricted services. These Terms apply
to online classes, live sessions, educational materials, member areas, and community
features.
Eligibility and account security
Users must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian complete any
required consent process if a minor program is offered. Users must provide accurate
registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly report unauthorized
account activity. Accounts may not be transferred or shared without written
permission.
Services, pricing, and changes
Course descriptions, schedules, delivery formats, fees, payment plans, and access
durations are those displayed at checkout or in the applicable enrollment agreement.
Material changes to purchased services will be communicated, with remedies as
required by law and the agreement.
Acceptable use
Users must not harass others, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, scrape
content, distribute purchased materials, or disrupt classes or systems. Reasonable
suspension or termination may follow a documented violation, subject to applicable
law.

Applicable law, venue, and any dispute-resolution procedure must be stated in the
executed enrollment agreement and reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in
these Terms waives nonwaivable consumer rights.
